Overview & Strategic Context
In direct alignment with the Government of India's SATAT (Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation) initiative, Shree Alliance operates an advanced continuous anaerobic biomethanation plant. Our facility processes agricultural residue, cattle dung, industrial press mud, and organic municipal fractions into commercially purified, vehicle-grade Compressed Biogas (CBG) containing over 95% methane. By preventing open stubble burning and organic decomposition, our CBG plant eliminates atmospheric carbon releases while revitalizing local rural economies.
Technical Process & Circular Recovery Flow
Feedstock Segregation & Pre-Treatment
De-stoning, shredding, and enzymatic hydrolysis of agricultural stubble, pressed mud, and animal manure to maximize biological digestion efficiency.
Continuous Mesophilic Anaerobic Digestion
Controlled sealed digesters maintaining optimal bacterial flora for maximum biomethane yield under rigorous temperature monitoring.
Gas Scrubbing & Membrane Upgrading
Multi-stage desulfurization (H2S removal), moisture dewatering, and hollow-fiber membrane purification upgrading raw biogas to 95%+ pure methane.
High-Pressure Compression & Bottling
Gas compression up to 200-250 bar directly dispensing into cascade storage cylinders and Bio-CNG dispensing trucks.
Key Recovered Materials & Commercial Outputs
Statutory Compliance & EPR Framework
Regulatory Standards: SATAT accredited off-take agreements, Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) compliant bottling cascades, CPCB emission benchmarks, and ISO 14001 certified digestion.
